Ladies Support contains:

• Chaste berry – stimulates and normalizes the pituitary gland, especially in progesterone function, and aphrodisiac, and normalizes female sex hormones, menstrual pain, PMS, and menopause.
• Dong Quai – Increases the effects of ovarian hormones, hormone regulators, and PMS, and aids in menopausal symptoms.
• Motherwort – PMS, painful menstruation, menopausal flushes.
• Black Cohosh – Relaxes and normalizes the female reproductive system, is used for painful or delayed menstruation, and ovarian cramps, and balances female hormones.
• Wild yam – Menstrual pain, anti-inflammatory, PMS, menopause.
• Dandelion – detoxifies the liver.
• Burdock – Blood tonic, liver cleanser, adaptogen.
• Ginger – Catalyst for other herbs, antioxidant, increases circulation.

Who should use it: Any woman who suffers from pre-menstrual tension, irregular menstrual cycles, or general hormonal imbalances. It is also useful in conditions like endometriosis, ovarian cysts and other problems of that nature. This formula is best used with Hepatic support as the liver is often involved in hormonal problems in women.
Who should not use it: Pregnant or breastfeeding women, children who have not yet started menstruating and obviously, males.
Dosage: 20 drops 3 times per day. Dosage can be increased for severe cases and decreased as symptoms improve.
