Ingredients: Each 7g contains Aloe Conc, Alfalfa Herb Powder, Barley Grass Powder, Beetroot Juice Powder, Bromelain Blend, Calcium Ascorbate, Carrot Root Powder, Citrus Bioflavonoids, Horsetail Herb Powder, Nettle (Urtica) Powder, Oatstraw (Avena Sativa), Wheatgrass Juice Powder, Rose Hip, Wheatgrass Powder.

Aloe Conc (Aloe Concentrate): Aloe vera is widely recognized for its laxative properties, which can aid in bowel cleansing. The plant contains anthraquinones, which stimulate peristalsis, the contraction and relaxation of intestinal muscles that facilitate bowel movements. Aloe vera has been studied for its role in alleviating constipation and promoting gut health (Foster et al., 2011).
Alfalfa Herb Powder: Alfalfa is rich in fibre and has been traditionally used to aid in digestion. The fibre content can help regulate bowel movements and cleanse the gut.
Barley Grass Powder: Barley grass is high in fibre and antioxidants. Fiber aids in digestion by adding bulk to stool and facilitating its passage through the digestive tract. Antioxidants may help in detoxifying the gut.
Beetroot Juice Powder: Beetroot is high in dietary fibre and betalains, which have antioxidant properties. The fibre can aid in bowel movements, while antioxidants may help cleanse the gut by neutralizing harmful free radicals.
Bromelain Blend: Bromelain is an enzyme found in pineapple that aids in the digestion of proteins. While it may not directly cleanse the gut, it can facilitate better digestion and absorption of nutrients.
Calcium Ascorbate: Calcium Ascorbate is a form of vitamin C, which is often used in high doses for bowel cleansing before medical procedures like colonoscopies. Vitamin C has also been shown to have a mild laxative effect.
Carrot Root Powder: Carrots are high in fibre, which can aid in bowel movements. The fibre adds bulk to the stool, making it easier to pass and thereby aiding in gut cleansing.
Citrus Bioflavonoids: Citrus bioflavonoids are known for their antioxidant properties. While not directly related to bowel cleansing, antioxidants can help detoxify the gut by neutralizing harmful free radicals.

Rose Hip: Rosehip is not directly related to bowel cleansing but is known for its high vitamin C content. Vitamin C has a mild laxative effect, which can aid in gut cleansing.
Wheatgrass Powder: Similar to wheatgrass juice powder, wheatgrass powder is often claimed to have detoxifying properties. It is rich in chlorophyll, which is believed to have cleansing effects, although scientific evidence is limited

Dosage: Place 3x 5ml scoops mixed in pineapple juice for the day.

WARNING: For maximum benefit take 1 liter of water per 3 scoops. Do not take more scoops if your water intake is lower than 1 litre of water per 3x scoop intervals. 

Ingredients: Bentonite Clay & Psyllium Husk Powder.

Dosage: Take 1 x 5ml scoop dissolved in apple juice, 5 times daily. 1 litre of water is recommended with every scoop—a minimum of 5 litres of water per day.

WARNING: Do not take another scoop if you didn’t drink at least 1 litre of water between scoops.
