Ingredients: Bananas, Not pasteurised, Non-irradiated, No preservatives, No artificial flavour or colourants.

Directions to use:

  • Add one tablespoon to a glass of water.
  • Alcohol-Free Cocktail: Tot of Vinegar over ice. Add tonic/lemonade with berries/herb garnish
  • Vinaigrette Dressing: Mix 1 tsp of banana vinegar with 3 tsp olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well and serve.
  • Tenderise and marinating meat.
